Sculpture: A Half Century of Bronze
This book is a compilation of about 50 years of sculpture. The author is, by profession, a physician (pathologist) and has also been an avid collector of art since childhood. He paints, sculpts, draws and is a print-maker. In addition, he has designed and built more than 25 houses and structures. Thus, this gathering of completed sculpture, mainly bronze, is an attempt to define the scope of his sculptural vision. The work tends from tiny to monumental. A chapter giving the history of bronze written by the British sculptor: Michael Ayrton is an important part of the book.
